They\, and we\, are following the guidelines set down by Dallas County. Unless the county policies change\, the following will be practiced at our national conference: 1) masks will be required for all except when you are eating or drinking (GES will provide masks for those needing them)—and except for speakers while they are giving a message\, 2) hand sanitizer will be available and we encourage regular use\, 3) 6-foot social distancing will be enforced\, except for members of the same family\, 4) there will be no handshakes or fist bumps or even elbow tapping\, and 5) anyone with a temperature or flu-like symptoms will not be permitted to attend sessions. \nAdditionally: \n\nSnacks will be individually wrapped and will be handed out by a gloved employee.\nCoffee/tea/water will be poured and served by a gloved employee.\nWrapped candy will be handed out by a gloved employee.\nHand sanitizer will be available at all vendor tables and needs to be used before handling any items on the tables.\nAt the GES book table we will have 1 copy of each book for viewing and the rest behind the table for filling your orders.\n\n[cherry_hr height=”2″ color=”#c5d7da” indent_top=”30″ indent_bottom=”30″] \nLodging\nWe have a block of room reserved at Fairfield Inn & Suites DFW Airport North/Coppell Grapevine.
