You Should Be Reading The Grace New Testament Commentary

July 10, 2018 by Shawn Lazar in Blog

People regularly send in questions about grace issues and related problem-passages. I am very happy to answer those basic questions for people who are brand-new to Free Grace issues.

However, I often get asked the same questions by people who are not brand-new to Free Grace. They’ve been around the issues for a while, and may even identify as Free Grace, but they’re still in the process of learning and growing. If that describes you, here’s a suggestion: get a copy of The Grace New Testament Commentary. Many of the questions you have will be answered by that Commentary. It is a wonderful tool for your personal Bible study and for explaining Free Grace issues to your friends.

I use the Commentary to prepare for preaching and teaching Sunday school class. If you’re a preacher or teacher, you need that book. In fact, I bought copies for all the Sunday school teachers in my church. You might want to do that, too. Buy one for your pastor as a gift. In some cases, that’s the only commentary they’ll own!

Also, if you do not have a copy, get one now. We have about three hundred left. Once those are gone, it will be a while until we reprint. I’ll even put it on sale. For the cost of a single meal at a restaurant, you can have spiritual meals for years to come.
